Morning: 9am – Noon | For students entering 2nd & 3rd grade

Pack your imagination and set off on a journey around the world—no suitcase required! Each day, campers will “travel” to new destinations through stories, games, and creative challenges. They will explore global cultures, experiment with coding, and solve problems inspired by different places and traditions. As they complete each adventure, campers will collect stamps and memories in their very own adventure passports while building confidence, curiosity, and a sense of exploration.

Afternoon: 1pm – 4pm | For students entering 2nd & 3rd grade

Dive into the thrilling world of weather and discover the science behind the skies! Inspired by the new PBS KIDS® show Weather Hunters, campers will take on the role of meteorologists as they observe patterns, ask big questions, and investigate the forces that shape our weather. They will even try their hand at weather reporting, blending science with storytelling. By the end of the week, campers will look at the world around them with newfound wonder and scientific insight.

STEM integrates hands-on exploration of topics related to science, technology, engineering, mathematics and the arts. A great example is this year’s Maker Masters camp where campers will think like real engineers to plan, test, and improve their designs!

Many of our camp offerings infuse career exploration and opportunities to work with experts in field. This summer, campers will work alongside WITF audio engineers, creative directors, and content experts for a truly immersive camp experience. During a previous camp about flight and aerodynamics, campers had the opportunity to work with real-life experts like a drone pilot and a helicopter pilot.

Digital creation camps focus on the creation of digital visual art and audio production. A great example is our interactive Weather Wonders Week camp, where campers will have the unique opportunity to report on the weather, bringing science and storytelling together in a fun, hands-on way.

Half-day camp costs $135 per week per camper and full-day camp costs $270 per week per camper. Lunch is not provided; campers enrolled in full-day camp should bring a packed lunch.

Pennon Education is committed to making summer camp experiences accessible to all students. Scholarships are available to eligible families. Contact Jennifer_Eley@pennon.org for more information or to apply.
